The price for painting a vacant HDB 3 room flat estimate price still is $480, 4 room $680 , 5 room $880. Condo less then 1100 sqft $1080, between 1101-1300 sqft $1280. Landed exterior and interior estimate between $1800-$3500. Feel free to call me at 93821820 for a on site visit to give the confirm price on the spot once after I view it. How come I can give a confirm price on the spot? Is because I do no sub contract to other people, is my own painter and me who do the job. Thanks for reading.
